It is often work, foresight and even very tough experiences that we must engage in and go through with endurance, consistency, follow through, stick-to-it – redness, and grace, in order to create the character we need, and the experiences we want. As we prepare, flexibility, trust, vulnerability, faith, imagination, study, and research play their key roles. Collaboration and communication are also critical. Without preparation, we won’t have what we need, when we need it.
